About Us
We believe it takes a village.
Our mission is to help individuals and families access the right support, build strong care teams, and move forward with confidence through every stage of their journey.
We provide professional guidance to individuals and families navigating mental health, developmental, and behavioral care, with a strong foundation in healthcare coordination and insurance systems.
Depending on your needs, we step in as advocates, facilitators, or coordinators. This may involve helping you understand your options, identifying appropriate resources, or actively managing communication between providers, including scheduling appointments and managing the ongoing care process. Our level of involvement is flexible and designed to meet you where you are.
We specialize in supporting families through childhood development and behavioral concerns by identifying the right providers and building cohesive support systems. This may include connecting you with behavioral therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other specialists who work together to support meaningful, long-term progress.
We recognize that every family approaches care differently. Some seek traditional clinical support, while others prefer holistic or alternative approaches, or a combination of both. We take the time to understand your values and priorities so that the recommendations you receive feel aligned and practical.
For families experiencing challenges within the home, we also connect you with experienced parent coaches who provide actionable strategies tailored to your daily environment.
Our approach is individualized and focused on clarity. We simplify complex systems, reduce uncertainty, and help you make informed decisions with confidence.
Support For Every Situation
We understand that the need for guidance does not exist in just one space. Many individuals and families find themselves overwhelmed, unsure of where to start, or uncertain about what support is even available.
We are here to help make sense of that. Whether you are navigating care for yourself or a loved one, we take the time to understand your situation, explore your options, and help you find the right path forward.
As Sebastian Support Services continues to grow, our services will expand to support a wider range of needs and circumstances. We remain committed to providing thoughtful guidance, regardless of where you are starting or what you are navigating.
If you are unsure whether we can help, we encourage you to reach out. Even if you are not exactly sure what you need, we can help you start figuring it out.
No matter where you are in the process, you do not have to navigate it alone.
Meet the Founder
Elinor Sebastian (BCPA)
Founder | Healthcare Navigation & Family Advocacy
Hi, I'm Elinor Sebastian, founder of Sebastian Support Services.
Throughout my career, I have worked in psychiatric care, developmental services, behavioral health, family support, and healthcare navigation. Across every setting, I noticed the same challenge: individuals and families were often left to navigate complex systems on their own, without clear guidance or support.
Over time, I naturally stepped into the role of advocate and coordinator. I found myself helping families identify the right providers, navigate insurance, coordinate care, access resources, and create support systems that truly fit their needs. Some families needed a roadmap and guidance. Others needed someone to take the lead and manage the entire process from start to finish.
One of the most meaningful lessons I learned came from working closely with families in home-based settings alongside teams of therapists, specialists, educators, and medical providers. For the first time, I was able to see what truly coordinated care looked like and the difference it made when families felt supported, informed, and connected to the right resources. I saw firsthand how the right team can change the trajectory of a child's development and improve quality of life for an entire family.
Since then, I have supported families navigating developmental delays, autism evaluations, behavioral challenges, ADHD, therapy services, school supports, insurance barriers, and complex care needs. Every situation is different, but the goal remains the same: helping people access the right support while reducing the stress and confusion that often comes with navigating these systems.
My background is also deeply personal. I grew up surrounded by advocacy, inclusion, and special education, which gave me an early understanding of the importance of individualized support and the impact that the right resources can have on a person's life. Those experiences shaped the way I approach this work today: with compassion, practicality, and the belief that everyone deserves access to meaningful support.
I founded Sebastian Support Services because I believe individuals and families should not have to navigate these systems alone. My goal is to help people move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and peace of mind, knowing they have someone in their corner every step of the way.
Because sometimes the difference between feeling overwhelmed and feeling empowered is simply having the right support.
